Got, Got, Got No Time

Let’s say you wake up one day and realize your days are numbered. You are one of 8 billion individuals all programed for an appointed amount of time to live and breathe on this planet. That is a fact of life. You have 168 hours in a week. How much of that time do you spend in relationship with your Father God?
When you’re afraid, worried and alone are great times to think of your Creator. What do you think about Him? He sees you and your heart? What do you think He thinks about your current situation? You will never find a single verse in scripture where God even eludes to making reparations to Him for your lack of love, devotion or out and out wrong doing! Look for it if you dare. No human or otherwise has the currency of Heaven to pay God back. Nobody could pay God, though millions have tried. We have nothing of value to offer Our King than the whole of our human heart.
Maybe you have never really given it a second thought. You might have thought He is boring and who cares. Or more likely He wants me to quit having fun. What is Fun? Dancing, Singing, Running, Jumping, Celebrating, Swimming, Sex, Playing? Who exactly designed your marvelous body to Enjoy those things? Science knows laughing releases endorphins and makes you feel good. But here is a clue: you were specifically DESIGNED to like these things. You are made to Laugh! It’s healing and healthy. Go figure, a smart God, WHO knows how to make you feel good! I mean really good? Whether you’re talking about the birds and the bees or a runners high, it is a great feeling. Why can’t we be real and say we All enjoy a good time. Celebrations and parties and festivals and carnivals. SO DOES GOD! Who made Him seem all stuffy and boring? People with flannel graphs and cathedrals! Heehee.
There is no “walking the plank, there matey, Yer done gone too far now’ with our loving PAPA. He says run to me, come to me as a little child, I’ll remember your sin NO more. Yes, sin separates us. Jesus, the Christ covers us. This is what we Celebrate.
Life can SUCK. Abandonment, addictions, rapes, abuse, trafficking, greed, murder, war and the list goes on and on. This breaks God’s heart. It hurts our Creator, so when He stepped down from heaven and became a man, He set aside His Glory to take the punishment for YOUR sin, and mine. He bridged the GAP! The cross, the empty tomb…THIS IS REASON FOR NEVER ENDING CELEBRATION! His LOVE endures FOREVER. Psalm 119
John 1:14 (NKJV) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
So back to the main question: Do you have any time for just Hanging with Jesus? Not necessarily doing anything but just Chilling?
So if you wake up one day and say I think I want to have a great day, I’ll just start with a minute or two with God. He did provide a book to help you know Him better. (magnetic women will send a free one just contact us). You will never tire of the treasures found in Scripture.
Sacrifice and offering You do NOT desire, nor have You delight in them; You have given me the capacity to hear and obey Your Law:

Psalm 51:17 (NKJV)
The sacrifices of God [are] a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart– These, O God, You will not despise.
